Is It Better To Use A Scale Or Use Volume Measures For My Fruit And Sugar?

It is always better to use a scale.

Volume measures are inconsistent and depending on which cups you use, they can vary as well.

We always recommend a gram scale or something similar to it. Most generic gram scales have an accuracy of plus or minus point one (.1). You can easily purchase these from around twenty dollars to a couple hundred dollars, depending on what fits your budget. It’s always best to measure because regardless of what volume measure that you’re using, if you’re using the scale you’re going to get the same amount every time.

Scale is always better for consistency to use over volume measure.
